Can we get a run down as to what features are available to us who use this wonderful program for MU*ing?
I know that there are far more enhancements than many of us are aware of.

Depends on what you mean by this.
There is a MUSH Ansi Text Editor (for doing text descriptions), you can do /grab (or /gname) a'la SimpleMU to grab attributes/names of objects in order to edit them, there are input-conversion routines for turning all linefeeds in the input window into %r's and so on. Most MUSH-specific enhancements in SimpleMU on Windows are carried over to Atlantis.
