Just FYI: I'm running 10.5.2 and the graphics update, and Atlantis seems to be running quite well.

Thanks! I just updated to 10.5.2 on my own main machine... the graphics update is impressive, in terms of graphical performance improvement.
In general, unless Apple includes an entire new version of Perl in a dot release (which would be a huge departure from past Apple behavior), there shouldn't be anything in a point-release which would break Atlantis.
